1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Framer Pulse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Framer Pulse is a marketplace intelligence tool that provides analytics, rankings, and insights about templates listed on the Framer marketplace. The Service aggregates publicly available data and presents it in a structured format.

3. Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account access with others.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service in an automated manner
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the data provided to harass, defame, or harm other marketplace creators

5. Data Accuracy

The analytics, revenue estimates, grades, and rankings provided by the Service are approximations based on publicly available marketplace data. They should be used for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data presented.

Revenue estimates in particular are rough calculations and do not reflect actual creator earnings. Framer Pulse is not affiliated with Framer B.V.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and analytics methodologies, is owned by Framer Pulse. Template data, thumbnails, and screenshots displayed in the Service belong to their respective creators and Framer B.V.

7. Pricing & Payments

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription ("Pro"). Prices are displayed on the pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to Pro features until then.

Plan changes: If you switch between plans (e.g. monthly to annual), charges are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at legal@framer-pulse.com.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email.
